Founder Director, of TEACHER SCULPT ACADEMY, a Teacher Training Centre, Niraja Deenadayalan M.A; B.ED; NTT; P.G Dip. In Special Education has got nearly 3 decades of experience in the educational field as a Teacher, Academic Coordinator, Headmistress, Vice-Principal, Principal, Special Educator (learning disability) Teacher Educator and trainer. During her almost over 3 decades career as an educationist she was known for her work in innovative and creative approaches to teaching. She has presented many lectures on Curricular Planning, Methods of Teaching and Teaching with Technology. Her vision is to empower women and children.
She now, is the Director of TEACHER SCULPT ACADEMY an Early Childhood Care and Education teacher training Institution offering, Kindergarten, Montessori, Nursery, progressive methods and early primary teachers training as both short and long term courses, for aspiring parents, teachers, teacher trainees and preschool administrators. She is a Specialist in Early childhood development with extensive experience in curriculum design, activity development and implementation, Pre-primary and primary faculty development.
